Purposes and legal basis

Data sent through the form is used only to reply to your request and for any follow-up contact arising from it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Browsing data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data is not used for marketing purposes or disclosed to third parties.

Recipients

Data is processed by authorized Teoris Solutions staff and by our hosting and email provider (Aruba S.p.A.), acting as data processor.

Retention

Data is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship arising from it.

Cookies

This website does not use profiling, analytics or third-party cookies, nor any tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on the website itself, with no connection to external services.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
